Overview

The Metric Catalog includes the following main features:

1. Search for metrics: Filter metrics by category, owner, metric type, or name.

2. View metric details: Open the metric details page to view overview data, definition details, analyzable dimensions, attribution analysis, monitoring, lineage, versions, and permissions.

3. Request metric permissions: Submit an access request through the built-in permission request workflow and provide a reason. The request is routed to the appropriate permission administrator for approval.

4. Favorite metrics: Favorite frequently used or important metrics. Favorited metrics are shown on the Aloudata CAN Home page.
