Metric Tree

Query Configuration
| Configuration Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Primary metric | 1. Only one metric can be selected. 2. After you drag in the primary metric, its result can be calculated independently. 3. Quick derivation is not available for the metric. |
| Breakdown metrics | 1. Multiple metrics can be selected. 2. Breakdown metrics can be calculated only after you configure the breakdown calculation relationship. 3. Quick derivation is not available for the metrics. |
| Auxiliary metrics | Same-period comparison values by day/week/month/quarter/year, same-period comparison growth values by day/week/month/quarter/year, and same-period comparison growth rates by day/week/month/quarter/year. |
| Metric date range | 1. The default selection is the last 30 days. |
| Filter | 1. Uses dimensions shared by the primary metric and breakdown metrics for filtering. |
Edit Metric Relationships
After you click Edit Metric Relationships, you can edit the relationships in a new dialog box.

- Numeric metric cards keep up to two decimal places.

-
If a single metric query fails,
--is displayed instead of the value. -
If an auxiliary metric cannot be calculated,
--is displayed instead. -
Growth and decline symbols for auxiliary metrics are selected as follows.
| Symbol | Same-period/period-over-period value | Same-period/period-over-period growth value | Same-period/period-over-period growth rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up | Lower than the current metric | Positive number | Positive number |
| Flat | Equal to the current metric | 0 | 0 |
| Down | Higher than the current metric | Negative number | Negative number |
